We enjoyed working with Carol. The market was highly competitive and we needed to visit a large number of homes in a short period of time. Carol was able to make herself available at random times and working well with our challenging schedules. Once we were able to negotiate a home Carol was able to work with various venders to get estimates for mold remediation, well abandonment, and polybutylene pipe removal. She was also able to meet the workers to facilitate completion of work prior to move in. Carol's expert representation in contract negotiations resulted in a reduction in purchase price and a seller subsidy. We could not have been more pleased with the effort and care that Carol Ramirez put in to ensure that we were able to secure a new home.

Ms. Ramirez follow the sale of the house from beginning to end. She started with the walk through to asses all the details to fix. She brought the contact and prepared the list. We went together to buy the electrical fixtures. Ms. Ramirez monitored repairs contractor and packer. She is quite responsible and has a charming personality to solve problems. She had several open houses and sent all the research to the buyer agent. She loves her job and she does well.

Carol Ramirez is a saint! She was extremely patient with me while I went through the process of buying my first home. She walked me through every step of the way, taking time to explain what everything meant (document wise) She showed me places all over the area, taking time to make sure it was in my budget. She was so knowledgeable about every area she showed me. She knew all about the school districts, the best grocery stores, and the hole in the wall restaurants to go to. She really helped me get a feel for the neighborhoods I was looking in; she even got the crime reports to help me feel safe. If I ever needed her she was only a quick text or call away. Buying a home for the first time was incredibly overwhelming and a definite learning experience, but Carol helped me through the process with ease. I felt very confident in my understanding of every document I signed. I felt that she negotiated the best deal I could have gotten for the property, ensuring I was sticking within my means. Carol helped me through one of the biggest decisions of my life, and made it so easy.I am very happy in my new home, all thanks to her. I would 100% use her again. (she also has a great personality.)

We found out on a Saturday afternoon at the end of June that we needed to empty, renovate, list and sell a home 400 miles away from where we reside full time and we only had the rest of the summer to complete the entire process. That's right. You read that correctly. We had eight weeks to get it all done. I'll bet you're wondering how it worked out.... I should keep you in suspense but I'll go ahead and tell you we closed on the sale of our "inherited" home the first week in September which was the exact time frame we gave ourselves. We used Carol Ramirez as our one stop shop and believe me when I say we didn't need anyone else. We made one trip to Maryland from NC solely to conduct research and see who would be the best choice to help us sell the property. It was evident relatively quickly that Carol would put in the time and effort we would need to navigate our project from 400 miles away. Her Real Estate Team stood out as one of the best and Carol's vast knowledge of the area was exactly what we needed. It was obvious that Carol put a lot of work into her listings especially after meeting with quite a few agents that left us considerably unimpressed. Each agent we met with wanted our listing but only one agent was going to go go above and beyond to help us with the enormous scope of our project. That was Carol. I can't even count the hours Carol spent providing us with invaluable support and resources to get our home sell ready and listed for showing all while we lived in another state. Carol must have given up her entire summer helping to make the process incredibly easy. And, believe me when I tell you she took many extra steps that most Realtors don't like letting the repair men in, hiring our contractors, disposing of furniture, handling the entire renovation and a lot more. Have you ever heard of a real estate agent helping you with your Estate Sale? Now you have! She's absolutely incredible and as kind as she is hard working. When we saw our listing after having not visited the property since it was in complete disarray, we were shocked. We actually wanted to live there ourselves and may have spent more than a few minutes considering it. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. Our listing looked amazing and completely stood out in the market. I thought Carol may have been able to take a good, long breath once our house was listed. But, she didn't relax. That's when she really amped up the work ethic. We had five open houses scheduled immediately and showings each day. We were communicated with consistently through the entire process. Carol didn't call us one time with a problem. She called us with solutions and updates. Our house went under contract within two weeks at a price we had initially agreed upon and the sell closed within the time frame everyone thought we were crazy for giving ourselves. Carol Ramirez made one of the most stressful and physically and emotionally challenging periods of our lives easier and better. She truly did an amazing job and we feel very fortunate to have been blessed with meeting her when we needed her and her expertise more than we even knew. We cannot say enough complimentary things about Carol. We now consider her a friend. She made an incredibly difficult period in our lives much easier and almost pleasant.
